In 1993, Scott Halloran purchased 4 drink machines from a local dealer. Working out of the trunk of his car, Scott stocked the machines with fresh popular beverages and serviced them regularly to ensure customer satisfaction. After only two years Scott began providing vending services full-time and incorporated Fresh Direct Refreshment Services in 1995. Since inception the company has experienced rapid growth due to excellent customer service. Now with over 15 years in the business, Scott decided to upgrade the Fresh Direct image to match the caliber of company they have become. Taking pride in his company and its values, Scott re-branded the business as “Trolley House Refreshments Refreshment Services” in the fall of 2009. By putting his name on the company, Scott is proving his commitment to customers, his dedication to the vending business and his involvement in the local community. “You’ve known us as Fresh Direct and we will continue to provide the same customer service with even more benefits for you as Trolley House Refreshments Refreshment Services.”
