Fresh Direct Refreshment Service would like to welcome Carmen Smith to our team as our new Director of Marketing and Sales Development.  Carmen joins us as we prepare for some exciting new changes at Fresh Direct.  In the upcoming months we will be changing our name, launching our own brand of coffee called Trolley Coffee and Tea, and launching our brand new website!

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Carmen earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications from Barton College in Wilson, NC.  She comes to us with over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Recruiting and Sales.  More importantly, she shares our passion for customer service.  You can look forward to hearing from Carmen soon about your Fresh Direct service and what more you may need.
