The return of Mad Men has us day dreaming about fondue and classic martinis, so this week we are sipping on Gin Rickeys! The classic martini is made of three ingredients, gin, dry vermouth and olives. In contrast, the Gin Rickey is a refreshing citrus spin on the martini that is great for both spring and summer. It’s light and invigorating and pairs perfectly with a mouthwatering spring salad. Enjoy!

Recipe:
1 ½ ounces of gin
1 ounce lime juice
Splash of sparkling water or tonic
Garnish with a lime
