Sparkling Pear and Cranberry Cocktail is our festive sip of the week. It’s the perfect cocktail to serve at a holiday party or even a small social gathering with close friends. Instead of champagne we are using Moscato which is sweeter in taste but not thick like a dessert wine. For our version of the cocktail we used Santa Cruz Pear Nectar and garnished with a sprig of rosemary. The sweetness of the Moscato and the tartness of the cranberry are the perfect combination of flavors that will not disappoint your guests.

Recipe:
3 ounces Moscato
1 tablespoon cranberry
Splash of pear nectar
Rosemary sprig to garnish
