The first time you had a Washington Apple may have been in the form of a shooter or a martini so you may be surprised to learn that it can served tall or short on the rocks. This drink is a tad on the sweet side so be warned, it can be potent. If you are not big whiskey drinker, the tall form of this cocktail is a good introduction to the liquor. We used white cranberry juice to give our cocktail an amber hue, | but traditional cranberry juice works just as well. If you are feeling adventurous, use equal parts of all the ingredients to create a shooter. And if you don’t have Crown Royal, you can use your favorite brand of whiskey. No matter which size you chose, this drink will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy on these cold winter nights. Bottom up!

1 oz sour apple schnapps
3 oz white cranberry juice
Apple garnish
